Who is the REAL criminal here - Edward Snowden or Barack Obama?

Barack Obama is a HUMAN RIGHTS violator who should be held to ACCOUNT

I would like to see Barack Obama held to account for the multiple instances where he has violated human rights - these include but are not limited to :-

The torture and persecution of Bradley Manning.

The failure to prosecute the war criminals and human rights violators within the Bush Regime :-
GW Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales.
Tony Blair should also be prosecuted for human rights violations and war crimes.
The above people have already been convicted of human rights abuses at the International Criminal Court in Kuala Lumpur in 2012.
The harboring of war criminals and human rights abusers is itself an offense.

The indiscriminate murder of hundreds of innocent civilians with drone strikes.

The invasion of privacy of millions of Americans and millions elsewhere, in indiscriminate Mass Surveillance programs.
A human rights violation in accordance with UN Conventions.

The continued use of extra ordinary rendition for torture in places like Somalia.

The continued support of torture in countries outside of America.

The murder of unknown people "who look suspicious" in "targeted assassinations" with drones in Afghanistan, Pakistan and elsewhere.
Due process should be applied.

The use of "double tap" drone strikes - where a second drone strike is targeted at the civilian rescuers of a first strike.

The terrorizing of whole populations in regions of Pakistan.

The preference for murder with drone strikes, when the subject could easily be captured and brought to trial instead.
The case detailed by he Yemeni witness to Congress earlier this year, serves as an example of this.

The signing of NDAA indefinite detention, thus rejecting the principles of Magna Carta going back 800 years.

The persecution of the whistle blower Edward Snowden.

A case or cases should be brought in the International Criminal Court.
The support of civil rights organizations such as Amnesty International and the ACLU is requested for this aim.
