H.R. 5949 (FISA Amendments Act Reauthorization Act of 2012 ) Was signed into law Dec 31, 2012

to reauthorize the unconstitutional record keeping.

Obama signed the unconstitutional bill into law again Dec 30, 2012.
His constitutional duty was to veto it. 

Anybody who voted for this unconstiutional act, allowing Mass Surveillance on EVERY American, should be voted OUT of office.
