The similarities between 911 and the Boston bombing and the utter failure of the authorities to try and stop either one

"Putin and Russia warned America of a massive imminent terrorist attack on US soil involving aircraft prior to 911 (at least twice). Putin apparently made a personal phone call to the Americans because he couldn't understand why the American government were not doing anything to prevent 911.

As did 5 other credible countries including Israel, Germany, Jordan and Egypt. 

As with the Boston bombing the authorities did absolutely nothing to prevent a terro r attack on 911. 
You would of thought that the American authorities would of massively stepped up airport security in the weeks prior to 911, in the face of so many specific diplomatic warnings not to mention the huge amount of intel and investigations already in progress. 
The CIA's counter terrorism were "apoplectic" that the government did absolutely nothing to prevent 911. (As reported in the NY Times.)

I am apoplectic that the authorities did nothing to prevent Boston. 
You would of thought that the authorities would of taken the threat from the elder Tsarnaev brother seriously instead of chasing their tails spying on loads of Americans that have given absolutely no cause for concern. 
It seems the Russians warned America about the elder brother at least 3 times.
I wonder what the CIA counter terrorism unit now think about Boston."
