Judge Rules Against 'Indiscriminate' NSA Spying. Stop pussyfooting around - call for Obama's impeachment over this

The best article I have read on this so far, is this one
http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2013/12/16-7

The NSA Mass Surveillance programs are blatantly unconstitutional under the 4th Amendment and therefore illegal.
Employees of the NSA are carrying out criminal acts every day and should be prosecuted for them.
Clapper and Alexander should go to jail for about 30 years each.
Obama should be impeached for massively abusing and over reaching the power of the Office of President.

GW Bush should be prosecuted too - Mass Surveillance on Americans didn't start with Obama although Obama greatly extended it and greatly increased it's funding.

The NSA's Mass Surveillance is also illegal under International Law.
Other countries should prosecute Obama and America for breaching the basic human rights of their citizens. Countries like Brazil, France, Germany, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand .....

Civil Rights activists should stop pussyfooting  around on this.
Call for Obama's Impeachment in the US and launch human rights prosecutions in other countries.

The REAL purpose of NSA Mass Surveillance is to undermine democracy in America & the West to promote the interests of large crony Corporations

International Principles on the Application of Human Rights to Communications Surveillance - privacy is required in order to maintain democratic processes

Privacy is a fundamental human right, and is central to the maintenance of democratic societies. It is essential to human dignity and it reinforces other rights, such as freedom of expression and information, and freedom of association, and is recognised under international human rights law.[1] Activities that restrict the right to privacy, including communications surveillance, can only be justified when they are prescribed by law, they are necessary to achieve a legitimate aim, and are proportionate to the aim pursued.[2]

Mass Surveillance is highly ineffective as a counter terrorism measure - see Boston.

It is however a highly effective method of :
Collecting data on people that might otherwise be future domestic political dissenters.
Suppressing any critical media articles and potential government whistle blowers.
Controlling senior government officials and politicians.

The information collected is intended to be used for future blackmail or intimidation to suppress any dissent - see Stasi.

A complete pack of lies - the government story on the NSA Mass Surveillance programs
http://ian56.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-complete-pack-of-lies-government.html

America's global relations are rapidly deteriorating because of the government's repeated, numerous and widespread abuses of other country's sovereignty.
There will be blowback in all kinds of ways.

Update 10/15
NSA Director Keith Alexander admits he outright lied to Congress about the 54 terror plots.
He now admits that, at most, only one or two terror plots were foiled by Mass Surveillance.
The true number is probably MINUS ONE.
Because of the systems in place and resources diverted to spying on law abiding citizens, the NSA failed to stop Boston.

Update 10/21
Is the NSA Blackmailing Politicians & Officials Into Supporting Mass Spying? | ACLU
A very good question and one the media ought to be investigating very thoroughly.

NSA Mass Spying has stopped zero terror plots so why has the Senate voted to continue to fund it? http://ian56.blogspot.com/2013/11/as-keith-alexander-has-already-admitted.html
