There seems to be some confusion that Obama's FP is not the same as Bush's

They both have the EXACTLY the SAME Foreign Policy objectives.

Their Foreign Policy objectives are to create enemies by recruiting lots more Islamic Extremists, in order to create many more conflicts and wars around the world.

If that is not their underlying objective, that is exactly what has happened and these people are not stupid.

Since Obama ramped up the drone strike program and instituted double tap drone strikes in Pakistan :-

Islamic Extremists have taken power in Libya, replacing a secular regime.
The Islamic Extremists were overtly supported in their coup by Obama.
Many of the Islamic Extremists in Libya, fought against the Americans in Iraq.

The Muslim Brotherhood has taken power in Egypt.
Obama has arranged to send the Muslim Brotherhood 20 F-16 fighters and 200 Abrams tanks.

In Pakistan, there are now nearly a 100 million more people that consider the American government their enemy.
It has gone from about 25% of the population to 92% now.

There is a raging civil war in Yemen.
Yemen is a fertile recruiting ground for Islamic Extremists.
There is a large population of young unemployed males (16 to 25).

Islamic Extremists are also fighting a civil war in Syria.
The FSA is almost exclusively comprised of Islamic Extremists.
Obama is arming them via his proxies, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
He is giving them more covert support, e.g. via black ops to smuggle Gaddafi's RPG's and shoulder held ground to air missiles from Benghazi to Syria, via Turkey.

War has started in Mali.
The Mali government was taken over in a military coup in 2012.
The new President of Mali was trained and supported by the CIA.

Obama is sending troops to 35 more African countries in 2013, to expand the wars into Africa. Mostly West Africa. He has set up a drone base in Niger.

There is now more Islamic Extremist activism in Jordan.

There is more instability in Lebanon and Bahrain and to a lesser extent some other Middle Eastern countries.
It all helps.

It is easy to see how Obama's drone strike program is very effective in recruiting many millions more supporters of Islamic Extremists and many tens of thousands more Jihadists.
The stories of large numbers of civilian casualties, pictures of terribly disfigured young children and babies are widely circulated in the Muslim world, even if they are kept secret from the American and Western public.

The main reason cited in polls, for the massive rise in anti-American sentiment in Pakistan is the drone strike program.
The large numbers of civilian casualties and the terrorizing of entire regions, including young children.

Bush created many more supporters of Islamic Extremism with his invasion of Iraq, extra ordinary rendition, torture, indefinite detention, prisoner abuse at Abu Ghraib, the use of depleted Uranium and white phosphoros in Fallujah etc.


The purpose of these policies is to :- 

Justify spending astronomical amounts of money on the military
Obama is now spending 50% more a year than Bush ever did. Military spending is now TRIPLE what it was during the cold war (1962 to 1989) inflation adjusted.
Obama spent $1,219bn on the military in 2012.

Reduce civil rights 
Bush enacted the Patriot Act, instituted indefinite detention and increased domestic spying programs.

Obama has extended the Patriot Act and codified indefinite detention in NDAA.
He has effectively rendered Posse Comitatus obsolete (also in NDAA).
He has exponentially ramped up the NSA Mass Surveillance programs that spy on EVERY American, spending well over $100bn to do so.
etc. etc.

Conclusion

Obama's Foreign Policy is EXACTLY the same as George W. Bush's - it has exactly the same objectives.
Obama is just a bit more subtle about it.
He is also a good public speaker and a much better con artist, than Bush/Cheney.
