Interesting stuff but this paper does not explain why :-
The Earth has been warming up and cooling down for hundreds of thousands of years or that the Earth was much warmer in 1000 AD than it is now, without CFC's.
CFC's may be a secondary factor.
It is certainly true, as it says in this report, that the Earth has not warmed up since 1998.
What happened to all the dire predictions of 5 degree temperature rises and sea levels rising by feet within 20 years, by the climate change charlatans in 2000?
It is also true that CO2 increases, LAG temperature rises.

It still seems more likely that climate change is primarily caused by variations in the percentage of cloud cover, caused by natural variations in the sun's magnetic field.
